His Values
Fun! Fun! Fun! Why is this first? In Western cultures, work is seen as being painful drudgery. Anyone who enjoys their work is “odd.” At the same time, we’re told to choose to do something that we love. Ah, the dichotomy! I take the “should” out of work, and life, while adding in “fun.”
Be ready to work. Nothing wrong with a little hard work. Especially when it comes to changing old, and painful, relationship choices. Work means that we create, explore, and discover.
Take Action. Only you can make it happen. Life doesn’t wait for you. First, you create your dreams. Then you make your dreams a reality by taking action. It is only by taking action that anything changes.
The simple truth. Honesty is the most important value. There is nothing you can say that will make me judge you, or turn away from you. That’s because what you say is true for you – and I do not take it personally. Your life becomes very simple when you are honest. The first person to be honest with yourself.
Going the extra mile. People always appreciate it when you go out of your way to do something. It might sound cliché, but random acts of kindness work. Whether you are in a relationship, dating, or building a business, I dare you to do something extra every day and see how far you travel.
Being in the moment. The past has already happened – you can’t change it now. The future hasn’t happened yet – no worries there. Neither the future nor the past exist! We only have NOW. Being able to live in the stillness of the moment will open you up to YOUR truth.

His Approach
Focus on the results the client wants — not just the process. By asking you what coaching will help you achieve and clarifying what results you want. I am always thinking about how to add more value to our work together.
Letting you know that every call won’t be earth shattering. Progress takes time. It’s like re-modeling your home. You start with one room and over time you will have created a beautiful new home. Here, we are remodeling your life. So, I will alway encourage you to take your time.
Always make sure that the you are working on something that you are 100% passionate about. It Makes sense to focus on things that get you excited. Start weeding out the parts in your life that are no longer serving you and focus on the things that make you spring out of bed thrilled to start your day.
Will Help you create a life and relationship plan — work that plan. Having a plan where you can refer to will keep you on track when things get a little hectic.
We will address limiting beliefs and fears. These are the things that keep us stuck and sinking in our own personal quick sand. Awareness, Addressing them and letting them go will allow your truth to surface.
Track and measure progress along the way. When working on the design for your life, it’s very important to know where you are at any given time. We will track your progress by implementing evaluations and point systems in our coaching work.
Celebrate incremental progress along the way. At certain milestones we’ll acknowledge the progress you’ve made and ask how you would like to celebrate.

How a coaching call works
While there is no formula and every meeting is unique , coaching usually has the following features:
Before we begin, the coach will ask there are any wins and challenges from the previous week. We’ll celebrate the wins and explore the challenges.
The coach clarifies your agenda, and where you want to go next.
Discovering the deeper value the client wants. Example: Being single is not a curse, but an opportunity.
The coach asks you powerful questions to inspire a new and fresh outlook or view.
The client takes action between calls and reports back , with the coach holding the client accountable.
The best part: We celebrate the clients victories along the way.
